30 days from delivery date under UK Consumer Rights.
Size exchanges across the UK are fully covered by us.
Refunds processed within 3–5 days of arrival.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
- Products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original unused condition.
- All original tags, dust bags, and packaging remain intact.
- Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces to prevent scuffing on leather soles.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to Ejhon7235@gmail.com with your Order Number (e.g. #VOL-1024) and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with the return warehouse address and a printable UK return slip within 24 hours.
Pack the item securely and post it back. Once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
Exchanging for a Different Size: If your leather jacket or shoes need a different size, let us know via email. We will reserve the new size for you and dispatch it free of charge upon receiving your returned item.
Faulty or Defective Goods: Every piece is hand-checked, but if you receive a defective product, email us immediately at Ejhon7235@gmail.com with photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a instant replacement or full refund.
